COCOA OATS COOKIES

This is crispy/crunchy and yummy cookie that i have ever made.Saw this recipe in one of my friends blog and loved it as it was easy and egg less. But with slight changes like the flour and sugar and cocoa. The original recipe had coconut .I added Cocoa instead, as i love cocoa. to be frank.... i did not have coconut :)but i do love cocoa flavor these days :))Another change was instead of white sugar i used light brown sugar  and Agave instead of honey.(but next time i am planning to use only agave.)

INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil-1/3 cup
Oats-1 cup
Stone ground whole wheat flour-1 cup(The flour that i have been writing in my past recipes ,with fine rava and bran)
Soda bi carb(baking soda)-1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder-1tbs
Agave-1tbs
Almond-1/2 cup
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Light brown sugar-3/4 cup
Milk- as needed
METHOD:
1)Preheat oven to 350 degree.
2)Mix all the above ingredients well.
3)Grease a baking tray .(or line cookie sheets with parchment paper)
4)Place small balls of this cookie dough about 2 inches apart(as they will flatten)
5)Bake for about 10- 12 minutes(till light brown edges are seen on the sides.we can also get nice baking aroma) cool the cookies.
And our crunchy yummy cookies are ready :))
