Anyways... lets come our instant rice mixes. When my brother first left to London for his studies my mother made couple of instant rice mixes like Karuvepillai(curry leaf) podi, paruppu(dhal)podi, poondu(garlic) podi and tamarind rice mix too. After she died i have never tried it.But i did remember it vaguely and so i tried it.It came out well. But i guess i sort of didn't add right amount of dhal or my tamarind was very sour...so had to fry dhal again and add it to the mix gave instant pulihodari rice for luch to my hubby and the feed back was good ,he asked if i got instant podi from shop :)so after a week i am posting this recipe. Hope you all like it.
