This is yet another snack which me and my amma love to eat while watching T.V.Its simple and easy that can be made within minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
Pori(puffed rice)
Peanut/Groundnut
Roasted bengal gram/pottukadalai/dhalia
More milagai - according to taste(optional)
Curry leaves
Oil
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder- to taste
Turmeric powder- according to amount to pori used.
METHOD:
1)Heat oil and add dhalia, peanut,more milagai,and curry leaves and fry well.
2)Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder saute for few seconds.
3)Add pori and fry for 10 - 15 minutes.(depending on the quantity.)
