RIBBON PAKODA



Diwali is my favorite festive.Guess why.... simple... anyone who knows me will say it in second....because of the snacks omapodi,thatai,ribbon pakoda,murukku,mixture.....list goes on..... heheheee :)


INGREDIENTS:
Rice flour-2 cup
Gram flour(besan)-1cup
Butter or hot oil-1 tbs
Salt-to taste
Chilli powder-according to taste
Garlic-10
Asefotida- pinch

METHOD:
1)Grind garlic and extact the juice.
2)Mix rice flour,gram flour, chilli powder, salt,asefotida,butter/oil and garlic juice.
3) Add enough water and make a dough.
4) Press this dough using ribbon pakoda plate in murukku maker in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
