Name does sound yummy right?
Actually i did not know what to call it.Its a combination of bread roll and stuffed bonda.I was planning to make bread roll then thought something different like birds nest(with green peas inside )would be new for our guests,but finally ended up doing this cheesy bread roll :p .
We both avoid eat cheese... but when my sil visited us she bought cheese singles to make veggi patties for her son and after they left there were some of these cheese slices lying there in the fridge for more than 2 weeks . So finally it made its way to my cooking ....in the form of cheesy bread roll , which my hubby loved so much.
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes-2(boiled )
Green chillies-according to taste
Onion-1(finely chopped)
Bread-according to the amount of rolls
Bread crumbs-to coat
Maida- to dip
Salt- to taste
Garam masala-1 tsp
Cheese slices- few (cut into small )
Water- to mix maida
METHOD:
1)Boil and mash potatoes.
2)Heat pan and fry onion, greenchillies , salt ,garam masala and mashed potatoes.
3)Make balls and stuff them with a pieces of cheese .
4)Take some water in a bowl and dip a bread slice for a second and squeeze the water pressing the bread between palms gently.
5)Place stuffed potato balls over the damp bread and roll and seal the edges of the bread carefully so that the filling doesn't come out.

6)Make a thin paste out of maida and little bit of salt using water.
7)Dip the rolls in the maida batter and then roll it in bread crumbs.
8)Heat oil in a pan and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve bread rolls hot with tomato sauce.
