INGREDIENTS:
Okra(ladies finger)
Besan
Rice flour
Garam masala
Sambar powder
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
1)Wash and slit okra and dry it.
2)Then add the besan,rice flour(i sometimes use yellow corn powder instead of besan and rice),sambar powder,garam masala and salt and mix well ,till the okra is well coated.
3)Heat oil and add the okra and fry over gentle heat(stir occasionally)
When done serve with rice.
Note: do not add water.
