This is very similar to pesarattu,which was shown on sun TV long back.Here is the recipe fr this tasty dosai.
INGREDIENTS:
Dry Peas-1 cup(soaked)
Split moong dhal/pasiparuppu-1 handful.
Greenchilli-to taste
Ginger-small piece
Salt- to taste
Onion-1(chopped)
Corriander(chopped)
INGREDIENTS:
1)Soak peas and moong dhal for 5-6 hours .
2)Grind dhal along with greenchilli and ginger .
3)Mix salt and make dosa.
4)Garnish chopped onion and corriander and smear with oil and cook.
5)Cook on one side and turn dosa and cook.
Serve with spicy chutney
