Rice balls-2 cup
Jaggery 2 cups
Peanut and Roasted bengal gram-1/4 cup
Coconut Chopped and roasted-2 tbs(optional)
Water- 1/4 cup
METHOD:
1)Heat jaggery and water in a heavy bottomed vessel .When jaggery dissolves remove from flame and strain. Return back the syrup to flame and boil till the syrup becomes thick.
2)Add Peanut and chopped coconut to puffed rice and add the syrup to this.
3) Apply little ghee on the palm and start making balls while its warm.
NOTE: Temperature if very important and so is the consistency of the syrup
