This post has been there in draft for more than 6 months OMG i am such a absent minded person :( 
'Better late than never'....Anyway the story behind this dish was my husbands hatred  towards the name 'upma'.Was wondering what else to do using cracked Wheat rava apart from pongal and came up with idea of doing something like mixed rice variety and the easiest among that was lemon and so was born this new yummy dish .

Wheat rava-1 cup
Water-2 cups
Lemon( juice) -1
Oil-1 tsp
Mustard-1/2 tsp
Urad dhal-1/4 tsp
Channa dhal-1/4 tsp
Red chilli or green chilli- to taste
Ginger Small piece finely chopped
Curry leaves -Few
Salt- to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Asefotida- 1/4 tsp

1)Slightly dry fry the wheat rava(this is optional.But Dry frying makes rava cook softer)
2)Add water ,salt and cook the rava(either pressure cook or cover and cook)and keep aside.
3) In a Pan heat oil and add mustard.After it splutters add urad and channa dhal and fry till golden brown. Now add curry leaf,asefotida,turmeric powder ,ginger and chilli . Fry for couple of seconds.
4)Add this seasoning to the lemon juice along with salt.(be careful while using salt as we cooked the rava with salt)
5)Now add this seasoned lemon juice(According to the need) to the cooked rava. mix well .
And easy but healthy Tiffin Ready :)
