KHOWSUEY

One more recipe which I learnt from chellam aunty is Khowsuey, which is a Burmese noodle.its very filling dish. with all the crunchy sev, which really gives a special taste to normal noodles.
Since i did not have couple of things from the original aunty's recipe i made change like using almond and very little coconut instead of coconut milk.Did not add lime juice at the end along with spring onion .
Used soy bean instead of peas... that's it.... other things are the same.
