Very Simple easy sweet to prepare with any available fruit or even coco or coffee or even tea.Can be made rich by adding cream and garnishing with cream or ice cream.
INGREDIENTS: (approximate measurements)
Strawberry-6
Condense milk-1/2 tin
Agar agar-1/4 cup(little less than)
water- 1/4 cup
Milk1/2 cup
Corn starch-1tsp
Agave-1/2 tsp(optional)
METHOD:
1)Soak agar agar in water for about 1/2 hour.
2)Puree strawberry in a blender.
3)Now cook agar agar in medium flame till it dissolves well.
4)Mix corn starch in milk and cook for couple of minutes add condense milk and cook.
5) Add the strawberry puree to milk mixture. Mix well.
6)Now mix this to agar agar while both are hot. cook for some time .
7)Pour in a mould and cool( not necessary to refrigerate unless you wish to serve it chill)
