EGGLESS CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE


I was browsing through for using my Apple cider vinegar(Apple cider is said to have many medicinal value ), that my hubby got .And i happened to find this recipe in bakingbites.com,which was simple and very easy .this was the best very spongy eggless cake that i ever made.Here is the recipe with which i just add few chopped nuts and added drinking hot chocolate and olive oil instead of coco and vegetable oil as mentioned in original recipe.
INGREDIENTS:

All purpose flour-2 1/4 cups
Drinking Hot chocolate-1/2 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Brown sugar-1/2 cup
Baking soda-1 tsp
Salt-1/2 tsp
Water-1 cup
Olive oil-9 tbsp
Vanilla extract-1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar-1 tbsp

METHOD:

1)Mix flour, chocolate powder, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, sugar along with chopped nuts well.

2)In a separate bowl mix water, vanilla extract, oil and apple cider vinegar well .

3)Add this liquid to the mixed dry flour mixture well and pour in a greased and floured baking dish and bake for about 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree pre heated oven.
