This recipe has been in my draft for a long time just for the very very simple reason... it didn't have a name... Yeah.. i don't know what to call this dish as...my amma used to do lot of dishes with left overs like masala idly, fried idly, this chapati, rice vathal etc. i try not to waste the left overs ... but since i am bit of a food lover i don't like to eat the same dish for two days so i try all these amma's recipes .But i did not know the names for these till i once saw the masala idly in the name of idly Manchurian in a hotel. And so is this chilli chapati.... i did not know the name till i saw this in vijay TV last week.I did not even know that everyone did this. i thought that was my amma's creative ideas(she used to do this in 90's before she was bedridden)Any way...i must say Indian women are the best cook.I should say they love to make the taste buds happy.
