Lettuce is low in Sodium and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Vitamin B6, Iron and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate and Manganese.
Usually we use lettuce only in salads and burgers. I like the aroma and taste of lettuce so i wanted to try it out something different... something in an Indian way.Since it looked like cabbage . i tried it like cabbage curry. And we both liked it very much... so sharing with my friends who have never tried American vegetables and greens in Indian way and this is also for my other Friends to taste these vegges in different taste.

Salt- to taste
Garlic- 1 finely chopped
