BOTTLE GAURD SOUP

First tasted this soup in my viji akka's house(my dad's cousin), she is a great cook. Normally i hate soups....you must be wondering what sort of a girl i am, who doesn't like soups!But the only soup i like is this .i am sure everyone will like it.

INGREDIENTS:

Onion-1/2(medium size,chopped)
Garlic-1
Green gram dal-1 tbs
Bottle gaurd-1 cups(chopped)
Vegetable broth-1 1/2 cups
Salt-taste
Pepper-taste

METHOD:

1)Pressure cook Onion, garlic,geen gram dal and bottle gaurd .

2)Grind all the ingredients.

3)Add vegetable broth, salt and pepper.

serve hot.
