BESAN DOSA

Dosa shops in Chennai have varieties of dosa.. in fact i saw a place on the way to Tirupathi where they had a banner saying they serve 100 types of dosa wow!!!wondered what they served. All i knew was different variety of masala dosas.
After coming here Vidhya ,one of my neighbour friend here said about besan dosa, and madhavi, another neighbour said about Sabudhana dosa.....so thats when i understood they do really have different dosa varieties other than masala dosa.
As besan sounded tasty and easy i thought of trying that first and believe me... it was soooooo tasty with kara chutney(spicy chutney).

3) Add the finely chopped onion(optional.. i did not add).
4)Slowly add water and prepare make batter of medium consistency( like idly batter).
5)Heat the pan and pour the batter and spread into thin round. ( can smear little oil on top)
