INGREDIENTS:
Gram flour(besan)-1 cup
Salt-to taste
Food color- 1pinch
Water - to mix
Oil- to fry
METHOD:
1)Mix all the ingredients to make a batter( droping consistancy)mix well.
2)Heat oil in pan.Pour the batter in boondhi making seive withround holes.
3)Fry till golden brown.
4)Drain boondhi on kitchen paper .
5)Mix with cilli powder(optional) and fried curry leaves(optional)
Can be used to make boondhi raitha.
NOTE: consistency is very important to get the perfect shape.
