MUSHROOM FRY


I cant believe how this photo has been in my draft for more than a year... anyways... its a very easy sidedish for any kind of rice.
INGREDIENT:
Mushroom
Onion- 1 finely chopped
Mustard- seasoning
Urad dhal-seasoning
Oil
Green chilli--to taste
Salt-to taste
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
1)Heast oil season with mustard and urad dhal.
2)Add onion,garam masala and chilli and saute.
3)Add  sliced mushroom and cook till dry.
Serve with rice.
