Very simple and traditional and my favorite sweet. INGREDIENTS: Milk- 1/2 gallon Sugar-3/4
th cup(we
don't like it too sweet.please add according to your taste) Ghee-1tbs (approximate) Saffron(optional) METHOD: 1)Boil milk in heavy bottom pan along with saffron. 2)After a while reduce the flame and boil . 3) Keep stirring every 5-10 minutes. 4)When milk starts thickening add sugar and keep cooking.Add little ghee and cook for some more time. 5)When it is thick remove from pan and cool. Garnish with almond and enjoy :)
