STUFFED TOFU KULCHA


First i would like to appologise for the typo error. Its has to be kulcha and not kulchan in the photo.
This is yet another chellam aunty's recipe. Only difference i used tofu instead of paneer.
INGREDIENTS:
Maida-4 cups
Wheat flour-4 cups
Oil-1/4 cup
Salt- to taste
FILLING:
Grated tofu-1cup
Powdered cashew-50 gr
Raisin-1 handful(i did not use)
Green chilli-to taste
Chat masala-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Amchur-1/4 tsp(i did not use)
Corriander- chopped
METHOD:
1)Mix maida, wheat, salt and oil to make a soft dough.Keep it covered for a hour.
2)For filling: mix tofu, cashew powder,chopped cilli,chat masala ,garam masala and corriander together.
3)Divide the dough and the filling to small balls.
4)Roll the dough to small balls to puris.
5)Place the filling in the center and roll again .
6)Cook like chapathi.
Serve hot.
5)Add tofu and cook for couple of minutes.
