INGREDIENTS:(approximate measurements)
Sooji/Rava-1cup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Ghee-2tbs
Nuts and Raisin-few
Coconut-2 tbs
Cardamom-2
Milk-few tbs
METHOD:
1)Heat ghee and fry Rava till nice aroma comes.
2)Powder sugar,cardamom and coconut together.
3)Heat ghee and fry nuts and raisin.
4)Now mix all the ingredients(rava,sugar-coconut powder,nuts and raisins)and add milk(just enough bind them)
5)Make balls and ....you know what next..hahaha ...eat :)
Note:I guess we cant have this for long time as milk is added. we can have it in fridge and have for a week or so.
