PANEER BUTTER MASALA

This one of the items which i learnt from chellam auntie.As usual this too is my favorite :P
One of my cousin asked the recipe of this dish last week....thats when i remembered about this dish...

INGREDIENTS:
Cashew paste- 1 tbs
Kaskas paste- 1 tbs
Onion-1 big
Peas(optional)-1/2 cup
Chilli powder- to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Tomato-2
Garam masala-1 1/2tsp
Dhaniya powder-1 1/2tsp
Salt- to taste
Butter/oil- to saute
Milk-1/2 cup(approximately)
Paneer

METHOD:
1)Cut onions and fry till dark brown in butter or oil.
2)Grind cashew and kaskas to paste and fry well.
3)Add dry powders and fry.
4)Add tomato pulp and add salt and saute well till oil oozes .
5) Pressure cook peas(if you want to make panner mutter masala.)and add.
6)Add milk and cook well.
7) Mix fried paneer cubes and boil for couple of minutes.
Garnish with coriander and fried kasuri methi and serve.
