INGREDIENTS:
Rice flour-1 1/2 cup
Gram flour-1/4 cup
Soda bi carb-1/4tsp
Ginger-1/2 inch
Cashew(broken) or peanut-1/2cup
Ghee-4 tbs
Greenchilli chopped-4
Coriander chopped -1/2 cup
Salt-to taste
oil-to fry
METHOD:
1.Rub soda bi carb and ghee together.
2.Add rice and gram flour with salt ,coriander and green chilli
3.Add enough water and make balls
4. Deep fry the balls in oil till golden brown
5. Serve with coconut chutney
any healthy snacks? no deep frying please.
