Different cultures have different cooking technique and food habits. Though many foods can be eaten raw,cooking them improves its flavour and digestibility.

We have heard of Italian proverb "Eat to live and not live to eat"it is important to eat a healthy food for healthy life but isn't it also nice when we can get a tasty food ???

All the recipes i have written here are what i have learnt from my mom , friends and couple of cooking courses .I have tried all these and they are my favourite ones.I will be adding new recipes along with photos every day.So.. do check every week or subscribe to get daily updates. And please write your comments and suggestions so that it would motivate me to make things better.
