White radish,All I know was to make sambar, kootu , until my husband got 8 radish for 2 of us...I was fed up making sambar and kootu, tried curry couple of times but he did not like the smell. Many don't like the smell even in sambar..anyway I had to finish it off when I asked Mr.Google, he told me couple of ways to to cook and one among that was this chutney.I tried this for chapathi and to my surprise my husband liked and he couldn't figure out it was radish. From that day I have been making this chutney for idly/dosa, chapathi and rice.
