Broccoli-1 medium size
Onion-1/4 cup plus 2 tbs(thinly sliced and fried to golden brown to garnish)
Garlic-1 or 2
Celery or vegetable broth- 2 cups(approximately)
Pepper- to taste
Salt- to taste
Croutons-to garnish (optional)
1)Wash and cut broccoli to florets and steam cook .
2)Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and garlic for few minutes.
3)Add this along with the cooked broccoli and blend it to puree.
4) Add broth and mix well to the above puree .
5)Add salt and pepper and garnish with fried onion , croutons and nsoy :)
