JACK FRUIT CURRY(PALAA MOOSU)

Jaca(portugese)derived from Malayalam word Chakka is nothing but our... i mean my favorite Jackfruit.I think just like banana tree(fruit, flower, raw banana, stem) every part  from jack fruit tree is useful .Fruit is sweet and so tasty and can do jam, payasam etc using the fruit.and Raw jack fruit can be used to make curry and kootu.Seed of the fruit too is soooo very tasty. It can be cooked/steamed and eaten .We can also make curry, Sambar or even kara kuzhambu.
And not to forget the wood....  south Indian musical instruments... guess what??..... VEENAI,MIRUDHANGAM are made using this wood.
Ok.. lets come the recipe...
