KARASEV

As the name says 'KARA(meaning spicy) SEV' its the spicy version of sev.The measurements i have used was given by my amma.
INGREDIENTS:
Gram Dhal  flour/Besan- 2 cups
Rice  flour- 1cup
Chilli powder- 2 tsp(depending on taste)
Pepper corn- 1tsp coarsely ground(depending on taste)
Salt- to taste
Hot oil- 2tbs or butter -1tbs
Garlic - 2 fine paste
Oil - to fry

METHOD:
1)Sieve besan and add rice flour along will other ingredients including oil/ butter
2)Add water and prepare  soft dough.
3)Heat oil and using karasev karandi(ladle) rub the dough into oil and fry.
NOTE : Since i did not have this karandi i used murukku maker to make this.Later i also saw this video, in which grater is used for this purpose.
