This is something that I learnt long back from Asianet(or is it Jayashree akka??!!)anyways...Its a very tasty dessert but... as everyone can see by the name...it has coconut milk as the base, which is high in manganese and low in sodium , but...it has very high saturated fat.That's the downside part of this desert :(
That's it... very simple not much of ingredients uh..??
1)Mix all the ingredients well.
2)Cook till the mixture thickens .Of course have to stir once in a while or we will have lumps .
3)Pour in a mould .cool and ready to serve.
If you wish you can add nuts to the mixture or just garnish with nuts...
