INGREDIENTS:
Zucchini-2(medium)
Urad Dhal-3tbs
Red chilli-according to taste
Salt-according to tasteOil
METHOD:
1)Heat pan and dry roast urad dhal and chilli and keep separately.
2)Heat oil and add finely chopped zucchini and fry for few minutes.
3)Add salt and grind zucchini, urad and chilli to paste.(Add water if necessary)
Tastes well with any rice variety
I have also tried a lot of indianized recipes with zucchini, but not this thogayal yet. Will surely try the next time I get it.
